There are 76 international organizations who hold extensive immunities and privileges, in addition to the Bank for International Settlements along with 63 central banks and financial institutions that function with BIS, to create a complete control framework that operates entirely outside the law from what all other organizations must adhere to. While they all tout they are about “transparency,” that couldn’t be further from the truth. This framework began in the 1930’s, was formally established in the 1940’s, and has evolved into the most powerful globalist regime, with arms extending beyond 190 countries. Part one revealed who those organizations and banks are, the general immunities and privileges they receive, and when those immunities were given to them. These aren’t just ordinary organizations. They happen to be the prime organizations that run the new world order globalists’ agendas against humanity, and they have hundreds of NGOs working with and through them. Nothing is more essential to the future peace of the world than continued cooperation of the nations which had to muster the force necessary to defeat the conspiracy of the Axis powers to dominate the world. …..I appeal to every American, regardless of party, race, creed, or color, to support our efforts to build a strong and lasting United Nations Organization. …..To destroy greedy tyrants with dreams of world domination, we cannot continue in successive generations to sacrifice our finest youth.” – A doomsday projection sales pitch by President Truman in his address before a joint session of Congress on April 16, 1945, just four days after taking office upon President Roosevelt’s death (summarized from full text) Everyone is familiar with the United Nations, who happens to hold 22 of the 76 immunities and privileges under the International Organizations Immunities Act, in addition to treaties and a headquarters agreement providing them with more layers of protection, but how many people are aware of the Organization of American States? In order to reconcile how this was all masterminded, it’s prudent that people understand the other faction that oversees the entire western hemisphere and has been in operation for over five decades prior to the establishment of the United Nations. It’s even more critical to understand the layers of protection these organizations hold, that can also be extended to individuals and organizations working with them, making them all untouchable and unaccountable. People in the U.S. seldom here about the Organization of American States (OAS), mainly because they are largely focused in Latin America and the Caribbean, but Canada, Mexico, and the United States also make up their tight knit group of 35 member states, working in conjunction with the UN, and headquartered in Washington D.C. In fact, thanks to Andrew Carnegie donating $5 million in 1910 for OAS to build their headquarters in D.C., they reside adjacent to President’s Park on 17th St. NW. Their reach is far and wide and they work with key players to move agendas forward. A Quick Explanation of The Layers of Immunities and Privileges There are multiple layers of protection through different means of immunities and privileges. To simplify, international organizations, some banks, the Bank for International Settlements and its member banks, all carry immunities and privileges that equate to that of a foreign diplomat, but many have multiple layers. Here’s what that looks like: 1) In 1945 the U.S. Congress passed the International Organizations Immunities Act (IOIA), which no congress has revoked since. To date, this has afforded 76 international organizations and banks unprecedented immunities, privileges, and tax exemptions that equate to that of diplomats, all given out via executive order by presidents. Many (if not all) member states of the UN and OAS have also passed similar legislation, utilizing nearly identical language, to afford the same immunities to these organizations and banks. The breakdown of the immunities through IOIA and the full list of organizations is documented in part 1 of this report. 2) Through numerous treaties, charters, internal constitutions, and agreements, the UN, OAS, BIS, and some of the other organizations have created yet another layer of immunities and privileges. These are ultimately agreed upon by member states, meaning they operate with these immunities in over 190 member states in some cases. Some of these treaties and charters are covered in part 2 of this report. 3) Each of these organizations and banks have headquarters, either based in the U.S. or another country. The government in which their headquarters resides, has a signed headquarters agreement with the organization that extends additional immunities to protect the headquarters, staff, and documents that reside within. Once again, providing another layer of protection. Some of these headquarters agreements are covered in part 2 of this report. 4) According to BIS, OAS, and the UN documents, they have the ability to extend their immunities to individuals, organizations, or banks who are working with them and providing some form of function for them. In many cases these immunities and privileges even extend to family members of staff. When considering the magnitude of this, it could potentially extend to thousands of individuals and organizations. The details of these B2B agreements are not made public since documents are all inviolable, however, there are some signed agreements with general information which do include basics about immunities. Some of those are covered in part 2 of this report. To put it in layman terms, a wealthy bunch of corrupt families got together centuries ago and plotted how they wanted to control the world. The challenge was in how they would get around constitutions, state laws and international laws so they could operate outside the system that the rest of humanity had to function within. This would afford them the ability to move like ghosts, transfer wealth, and camouflage all of their schemes with false storylines as they secured more and more control with each decade, while alleging how “transparent” they are. Getting the banking systems into place, such as the Bank for International Settlements, the Federal Reserve, the World Bank Group, and central banks was the key step in building the ghost-like infrastructure. Making sure BlackRock and Vanguard had top shareholder positions in every major corporation in order to bend and squeeze them into submission, was also a necessary evil. Their next step was to create global organizations that would have immunities and privileges allowing them to operate in the shadows, with no accountability, while helping to establish international laws and treaties for “member states” to abide by. Enter the OAS and the UN. And of course, BIS, its member banks, and over a dozen other banks through “Acts” put in place by countries, all needed immunities for cover to move funds. Next, was to give additional international organizations immunities and privileges so they could all operate together and extend those immunities to non-government organizations that could do their bidding for them. And wallah, you have yourself one hell of a secret operation running for over 100 years without people even realizing what’s really going on, while no one is being held accountable, and… where did all the money go? The Organization of American States (OAS) A Condensed History Some may have heard of the ‘Summit of The Americas’ in White House press releases, or perhaps they’ve seen them mentioned in a news bleep pertaining to another country, but the U.S. media rarely mentions the Organization of American States (OAS). Another reason why many people are unfamiliar with them is because of the name changes throughout the years. And yet, they are strategically located and critical to the New World Order 2030 Agenda. In December 1994, President Clinton convened the first Summit of The Americas since 1967. The inaugural meeting was held in Miami, FL, and the Summits have consistently convened ever since. Clinton went on to host a “Future of The Americas” meeting in order to rally leaders and governments to come together and work on their future plan. Just three months prior to Clinton kicking this off, the first BIS Board meeting, after the Federal Reserve finally purchased shares in the BIS system, kicked off the central bank system on a global scale with BIS at the helm. Here is the Constituent Charter for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), the protocol regarding the immunities of BIS, the list of 63 central banks that are members of BIS, and their complete legal overview with headquarters agreements and much more. According to OAS, their essential purposes are: “to strengthen peace and security in the Hemisphere; to promote and consolidate representative democracy, with due respect for the principle of nonintervention; to prevent possible causes of difficulties and to ensure peaceful settlement of disputes that may arise among the member states; to provide for common action on the part of those states in the event of aggression; to seek the solution of political, juridical, and economic problems that may arise among them; to promote, by cooperative action, their economic, social, and cultural development; and to achieve an effective limitation of conventional weapons that will make it possible to devote the largest amount of resources to the economic and social development of the member states.” OAS officially began as the International Union of American Republics in 1890 following the First International Conference of American States in Washington D.C. At that time they also created the Commercial Bureau of the American Republics as the Union’s secretariat. There were 18 Western Hemisphere nations involved, including the United States. By The Sharp Edge “Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.” This quote has been attributed to Henry Kissinger, though he denies ever saying it. Kissinger certainly did, however, perfect the weaponization of food through The Kissinger Report during his tenure as Secretary of State. The Kissinger Report outlined a covert operation to force compliance with a depopulation agenda using food aid as leverage in underdeveloped countries of strategic U.S. interest. The report posited the following questions: “Would food be considered an instrument of national power?… Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth? Should the U.S. seek to change its own food consumption patterns toward more efficient uses of protein? Are mandatory population control measures appropriate for the U.S. and/or for others?” The use of food as a weapon of war is a centuries old tactic, perfected in recent decades by the likes of Kissinger, and passed down through his protégé Klaus Schwab. Schwab’s World Economic Forum has planted Young Global Leaders throughout the world to carry out a continuum of Kissinger’s depopulation plan, in-part by controlling and transforming the food supply. Weaponization of the food and water systems is one aspect in a much larger scheme to create a control grid over the entire global population. The food control grid consists of four key elements: poisoning the food and water supply, manufacturing food shortages, consolidating food and water systems, and weaponizing food programs while tracking the food supply and the people. The purpose of this report is to outline these important aspects of the food control grid as well as funding for programs that contribute to this operation, condensed from 6,000 pages of legislation in the Omnibus and NDAA, passed through Congress at the end of 2022. Background & Context Poisoning the Food & Water Genetically engineered (GE) foods, also referred to as genetically modified (GM) or (GMO), have long been a source of concern for food safety organizations as research shows they have the potential to cause toxicity, allergic reactions, antibiotic resistance, immuno-suppression, cancer and loss of nutrition. However, federal agencies including the FDA, USDA, and EPA insist that GE foods are safe for public consumption. Aside from GE crops, genetically modified meat has also been approved for public consumption. In 2017, genetically modified salmon were approved for use as food. Then in 2020, the FDA approved genetically modified pork. By March 2022, the FDA approved meat from bioengineered cattle using CRISPR technology. Although GE foods have been widely produced for decades, new technologies are developing so rapidly that the umbrella of “genetically modified” foods has expanded significantly in recent years, leading some to define this next generation of GE foods as “GMO 2.0” or “Pharma Food.” In an in-depth report entitled “Pharma Food,” investigative journalist, Elze van Hamelen, details the next generation of GE foods including lab-grown meat, milk and egg products. In February 2021, Bill Gates stated in an interview that he believes “all rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef” as a way to combat climate change. However, as Elze’s “Pharma Food” report points out, highly processed cell-cultured meat products are neither healthy nor ‘climate friendly.’ Despite overall rejection of fake meat products by consumers, there is a multi-billion-dollar effort by governments, organizations and corporations to develop and market synthetic foods and lab-grown meats for public consumption. Globalist organizations, including the World Economic Forum, are completely reengineering the global food system to incorporate GMO 2.0 foods and insects, a move termed by some to be “The Great Food Reset.” The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations which created the Codex Alimentarius in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO). “Codex was established for the sole purpose of setting the standards and guidelines for all food that is consumed by human beings,” according to a Corey’s Digs report entitled, “Inside Codex with Scott Tipps: New Global Food Diet – Insects, Rats and Dogs.” Furthermore, the report states, “The USDA, for example, is a driving force for not only adhering to the [Codex] standards, but making certain other countries follow in lock step as well.” In July 2022, a new “meat” category was presented to the Codex Committee which included dogs and rats, among others. Additionally, the same document included a variety of insect food categories. The push by international organizations to incorporate insects into the global food supply comes despite multiple studies warning of the dangers of insect consumption. In September 2015, the USDA granted Merck conditional approval for mRNA injections for avian flu and the following month awarded Merck a $6 million contract to stockpile 48 million doses of the mRNA avian flu vaccines. Also sometime in 2015, the USDA approved mRNA vaccines for pigs. In 2018, Merck introduced their SEQUIVITY mRNA vaccines for pigs which are currently on the market. Since the introduction of the Covid mRNA jab, federal agencies have “opened the floodgate” on a wave of new mRNA injections for livestock. As Dr. Malone points out in both his substack as well as a recent interview, there is a total lack of transparency among federal agencies as to the details of clinical trials for mRNA vaccines in livestock as well as the safety data on human exposure to meats tainted with these experimental gene therapies. Viral Immunologist, Dr. Byram Bridle, remarked recently, “This [mRNA] technology technically is not new. It’s relatively new for being used in people. It’s been used for quite a few years in agricultural species and I’m actually starting to get quite worried. If these vaccines can get into things like milk products, I start worrying about our food products. People have to realize these technologies are not only being pushed hard now in people, but… many of them are being fast-tracked and we are going to have our food species loaded up with these mRNA vaccines and we need to understand whether or not these things are getting into our food products now.” Recent court rulings have placed pressure on the EPA to assess the impact of certain conventional pesticides on endangered species in compliance with the Endangered Species Act (ESA). In response to litigation, the EPA announced that the agency would embark on an “unprecedented effort” to streamline their approach to pesticide registration, while placing a central focus on the protection of endangered species. While the EPA has placed further regulatory pressure and bans on the use of certain conventional pesticides, developments in new RNAi-based biopesticides are paving the way “as a promising substitute to conventional chemical pesticides.” RNAi technology is the next generation of pesticides designed to genetically modify crops and pests, so that pests are unable to produce a specific protein vital to their survival. While similar technology has been deployed in the Covid mRNA injection to induce the production of a spike protein in the body, RNAi-based pesticides genetically modify organisms to inhibit the production of certain proteins. This “next generation” of pesticides deploys nanotechnology as a delivery method. Researchers claim RNAi-based pesticides are ‘climate-friendly’ and they are capable of specifically targeting insect species, weeds, viruses or fungi without impacting non-target species. However, little is known about the impacts of unintended mutations using this emerging technology which could pose a serious biosafety risk. The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy reports some of the risks posed by RNAi pesticides may include, “allergenicity, increased toxicity, changes in nutritional composition; [and] unwanted immunostimulatory effects can reduce white blood cell count in humans and non-target organisms throughout the food chains.” Researchers have remarked how the “funding that poured into making mRNA for Covid vaccines,” helped to drastically reduce the manufacturing costs of RNA which has enabled an explosion in this new multi-billion-dollar pesticide industry. In June 2017, the EPA approved Monsanto’s SmartStax Pro RNAi pesticide for corn. Since then, the EPA notes that the agency has approved RNAi pesticides for a “number of crops, including corn, cotton, potato, soybean, papaya, and plum.” Not only have agencies been deceptive about the health hazards of GMO 2.0 foods, but they have also misled the public in their approval processes and labeling practices. In May 2020, the USDA issued a final rule amending regulatory requirements for certain genetically engineered organisms including crops, “thereby reducing the regulatory burden” and “facilitating the development of genetically engineered organisms.” The Center for Science in the Public Interest stated, “a majority of genetically engineered and gene edited plants now will escape any oversight,” and “government regulators and the public will have no idea what products will enter the market and whether those products appropriately qualified for an exemption from oversight.” In July 2021, the Center for Food Safety filed a suit against the USDA for giving “private entities carte blanche to ‘self-determine’ their own products’ regulation without any future oversight.” This case appears to be ongoing with a recent filing in December 2022. Meanwhile, the Center for Food Safety filed an additional lawsuit over the USDA’s attempts to deceptively label GE or GMO products with QR codes alone. The district court held that USDA must include additional labeling on packages, but sided with the USDA on the new terminology, “bioengineered,” for packaging. On February 3, 2023, a train carrying vinyl chloride was derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, near the Ohio / Pennsylvania border, just miles north of the West Virginia border. According to the EPA, vinyl chloride was “diverted to an excavated trench and then burned off,” while, “contaminated soil and free liquids were observed and potentially covered and/or filled during reconstruction of the rail line.” A massive plume of deadly chemicals was released into the air, soil and water, with an evacuation zone ordered in the immediate vicinity of the crash site. By February 8th, the area was “deemed safe,” noted Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine, and the evacuation order was lifted, as Pennsylvania Governor, Josh Shapiro, emphasized that the burning of toxic chemicals went “as planned,” with “no concerning” detections of air or water toxicity in the area. EPA officials claimed that they had not detected anything unexpected from the derailed train’s toxic chemical release, as clean-up and testing for air and water quality continued. “So far so good,” claimed EPA official James Justice. Stephen Petty, who is the president of an environmental health and safety company and has overseen thousands of forensic investigations as well as provided expert testimony in more than 200 cases, is in the process of independently testing samples from East Palestine. He stated, “It was a bad decision to release it and burn it,” adding, “When you burn vinyl chloride poorly, and that was definitely burned poorly because it had such a black plume… When there’s incomplete combustion, there’s evidence that part of the vinyl chloride goes to dioxin, and dioxin is one of the most deadly compounds known.” Petty went on to explain, “There’s the lie. It wasn’t a ‘controlled burn.’ It was an uncontrolled burn,” adding that in order for it to be a controlled burn, officials would have to “very carefully” control the temperature and oxygen levels to facilitate complete combustion. “They didn’t do that. So, it’s an uncontrolled burn,” Petty explained. Petty also remarked on the EPA “purposely” measuring for “things that don’t really matter,” while indicating to the public that the area is safe. When burned, vinyl chloride can form into dioxins, which are highly toxic environmental pollutants that can accumulate in humans and animals resulting in cancer, reproductive and developmental issues, as well as immune system damage. According to a 2006 toxicology profile provided by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), “vinyl chloride in water or soil evaporates rapidly if it is near the surface. “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. …We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of.” – Edward Bernays For decades, agencies and organizations operating in the shadows have used billions of taxpayer dollars to create a grid of psychological control over the population. The psychological control grid consists of psychological operations, narrative control campaigns, indoctrination programs and the weaponization of the mental healthcare system. These very agencies and organizations received a boost in funding through the Omnibus bill and National Defense Authorization Act 2023, to expand their operations. The purpose of this report is to outline the agencies and organizations contributing to the psychological control grid condensed from 6,000 pages of legislation rushed through Congress at the end of 2022. Background & Context Psychological Operations After decades of experience, the intelligence community has perfected the art of psychological operations (PSYOPS) using propaganda and mind control tactics, as outlined in the Corey’s Digs report entitled The Cancer Within Modern Medicine Part 4: Manipulation of the Masses. One of the most nefarious operations conducted by the CIA was Project MK Ultra, a well-documented, extensive program using the most inhumane tactics to control and manipulate minds. Though the intelligence community claimed that the MK Ultra program was shut down in 1973, subprojects, such as Project MONARCH, are alleged to have continued. Aspects of CIA mind control techniques carried on in their interrogation methods outlined, for example, in the KUBARK Counterintelligence Manual, which was a “comprehensive guide for teaching interrogators how to effectively create ‘a world of fear, terror, anxiety [and] dread.’” In 1961, as the CIA was funding MK Ultra research in at least 80 institutions, Stanley Milgram – a Yale psychologist, conducted experiments on obedience to authority. The experiments tested the willingness of subjects to apply increasingly painful and dangerous shocks to other subjects if coerced by someone who appeared to be an authority figure wearing a white lab coat. The purpose of the study was to determine how easily ordinary people could commit atrocities, if coaxed by someone they believed was a trusted authority. The study found that 65%, two thirds of people tested, were willing to shock their counterpart subjects at potentially lethal voltage levels. The research was funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation. The CIA has used NSF in the past as a vehicle to fund their programs. Professor Alfred McCoy, a historian, has alleged that the Milgram experiments were likely part of the many CIA-funded MK Ultra projects. In a recent interview, Robert Kennedy Jr. remarked on the government’s response to Covid, “We’re just in a huge Milgram experiment here. We’ve got Anthony Fauci in his white lab coat…” In the same interview, Robert Kennedy Jr. stated, “When I was writing my book… one of the most momentous and shocking discoveries that I encountered, that I made in my research, was seeing the deep involvement of the intelligence agencies in this public health space. The last chapter in my book shows this series of tabletop exercises, about 20 tabletop exercises… They were sponsored – all of them by the CIA… What they each did was, they’d take a simulated pandemic, and they’d show what the response was, and the response was not a public health response. It was the imposition of totalitarian control. So, they weren’t talking about providing Vitamin D to people… or quarantining the sick… and keeping Constitutional rights, which is something that you’ve got to think of in a pandemic… They weren’t doing any of that stuff. What they were doing is – ‘How do we use this pandemic to suppress free speech, to censor social media and the media, to close churches, to lock down society, to force people to wear masks, and then funnel them into this chute of mass vaccination with a quickly created and untested zero liability vaccine?’ And every one of them does the same thing. None of them [are] about public health. It’s a militarized and monetized response.” Former Deputy Director of the CIA, Avril Haines, was one of the key players involved in the now infamous Event 201, which was a tabletop exercise that predicted the Covid pandemic in October 2019. In Segment 4 of the pandemic simulation, players strategized how to censor “disinformation” related to the pandemic on social media. The exercise presented a scenario in which information spread about the “man-made” origins of the virus – created by pharmaceutical companies for the purpose of profiting from vaccines. The simulated news report explained, “In some cases, limited internet shutdowns are being implemented to quell panic.” One commentator on the simulated news report remarked that “disinformation” on social media “is a huge problem that’s going to keep us from ending the pandemic and might even lead to the fall of governments… If the solution means controlling and reducing access to information, I think it’s the right choice.” The strategies presented by panelists to combat “disinformation” included: having a “centralized” international response to the communications efforts, flooding social media platforms with the regime’s narrative, partnering with Big Tech companies on censoring and deamplifying “disinformation,” advancing technology for algorithms to censor information, planting “the right representatives” on traditional media platforms to “portray our side of the story,” as well as using trusted faith-based or community-based organizations to disseminate the regime narrative. According to secretive internal documents, Twitter not only partnered with the intelligence community on narrative control operations, but they aided in the Pentagon’s PSYOP campaigns. Twitter executives testified to Congress that the company pledged to “rapidly identify and shut down all state-backed covert information operations and deceptive propaganda.” However, the Big Tech firm actually “gave approval and special protection of the US military’s online psychological influence ops.” Twitter executives were well aware of the “vast network of fake accounts and covert propaganda” generated by the DOD and did nothing to suspend those accounts. Internal documents reveal “Twitter actively assisted CENTCOM’s network going back to 2017 and as late as 2020 knew these accounts were covert/designed to deceive to manipulate the discourse, a violation of Twitter’s policies and promises. They waited years to suspend.” Narrative Control Campaigns Newly unredacted NIH emails show that Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins communicated with several scientists regarding the origins of the Covid virus in the early stages of the pandemic. Though some scientists admitted in the emails that there was not enough evidence to disprove the lab leak theory, they were pressured to ‘get ahead of the narrative,’ by issuing a research paper discrediting it. In the research paper entitled “The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2,” which was published in Nature Medicine, the scientists concluded, “we do not believe that any type of laboratory-based scenario is plausible.” The research paper has been viewed over 5.7 million times and has been cited more than 2000 times by mainstream media as a means to discredit the lab-leak theory. Confidential emails obtained through the Missouri v. Biden lawsuit reveal that officials at the CDC were in constant communication with Facebook to censor information regarding the origins of Covid and the dangers of the Covid jab. Claims such as “COVID-19 is man-made,” or “the Covid vaccine is not safe for kids,” that were vetted by the CDC were then censored by Facebook. Furthermore, emails obtained through the Missouri v. Biden lawsuit reveal that the White House censored viewpoints that countered the establishment narrative on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. The Missouri v. Biden case against Biden, the White House, HHS, Fauci, NIAID, CDC, DHS, and CISA has produced troves of documents, particularly from HHS, CISA and the White House, that confirm these agencies actively engaged in the censorship of information relating to Covid and elections on social media platforms. In April 2022, DHS launched a “Disinformation Governance Board,” designed to censor online information, which came to be known as an entity more like “Ministry of Truth,” described in the dystopian novel ‘1984’. The Disinformation Governance Board was headed by extremely partisan activist, Nina Jankowicz, who had previously referred to all Trump supporters as purveyors of disinformation. Following the public outrage of this clear violation of free speech, the DHS announced the termination of the board in August 2022. However, leaked documents reveal that the DHS’s plans to censor information online remained ongoing. The documents show that DHS continued to target information for censorship related to “the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the nature of the U.S. support to Ukraine.” A report published by Foundation for Freedom Online outlines the scope of DHS censorship across social media platforms, which extends far beyond what has been previously reported. According to the report, under DHS leadership, 22 million tweets were labeled as “disinformation” on Twitter, 859 million tweets were collected in databases for “misinformation” analysis, 120 “misinformation” analysts monitored social media in up to 20-hour shifts, and DHS partners openly bragged about the “huge regulatory pressure” imposed on Big Tech platforms which impacted hundreds of millions of posts to social media sites. A series of disclosures from internal Twitter communications, known as the Twitter Files, reveals that the FBI, DHS, ODNI, CISA, CIA, NSA, HHS, the White House, the State Department, the Treasury, Big Pharma lobbyists, and even politicians like Adam Schiff, all had regular communications with Twitter executives to censor, deplatform, and deamplify individuals and information counter to the Washington establishment narrative on topics including the Hunter Biden laptop, the 2020 election, January 6th, and the dangers of the Covid mRNA injections. Furthermore, Twitter executives were pressured to support the intelligence community’s narrative that Russian influence was behind information that countered the establishment agenda. Indoctrination Programs According to a presentation hosted by Parents Rights in Education, in 2010 the Consolidated Appropriations Act signed by Obama sent federal funding through HHS to the CDC’s Department of Adolescent and School Health (DASH), which created a partnership with the Department of Education on a series of grants to accomplish three goals for school-based programs across the nation: to implement comprehensive sexual education, to create school-based access for sexual health services, and to ensure “safe, supportive environments,” in which to implement these programs. As the presenter explained, the CDC’s DASH playbook in layman’s terms means “They’re going to teach it. They’re going to give the kids access to it. And they are not going to tell the parents anything about it or let them do anything about it.” By 2018, federal grants were distributed for student access, including minors, to school-based sexual health services including birth control pills, condoms, IUDs, hormonal implants, emergency contraception, and referrals to Planned Parenthood. As part of California’s Behavioral Health Initiative, in 2019 Planned Parenthood announced that they would be opening 50 on-campus clinics in Los Angeles high schools. At least 5 Planned Parenthood clinics are currently operational in high schools in the Los Angeles area. Planned Parenthood has been in the “gender transition business,” since 2017 and has shifted much more focus towards a “gender affirming” revenue stream since then. With 239 clinics in more than 40 states offering transgender services, Planned Parenthood has made it quite easy for thousands of kids to access hormone treatments. The Great Con These “Global Goals” are said to be “agreed upon by all world leaders to build a greener, fairer, better world by 2030, and we all have a role in achieving them.” By “role” they mean that people will be required to be obedient digital citizens with no personal rights or freedoms, and will “own nothing and be happy.” It’s important to note that these 17 goals are used primarily for marketing fluff to convince the masses that this is all for the greater good. Within these 17 goals they have 169 targets with 230 indicators that measure the progress of those targets. Many of these target points involve major data collecting, aggregating, and sharing, and much of what is described is akin to the marketing fluff used in the 17 goals. In other words, they either state what they plan to do but aren’t really doing it or carry out a goal but for the exact opposite reason as stated. We’ve heard this song and dance for decades, while the U.S. has stolen trillions in taxpayer dollars to allegedly help other countries with no success because they are slush funds. Currently we are all experiencing Intentional food shortages, manufactured supply chain disruptions, inflation, massive business closures and towns shuttered from forced lockdowns. The rollout of a guaranteed basic income pilot program in over 57 cities, giving out up to $1,000 a month for people to spend however they wish so it can be tracked, with a goal to create a federal policy of universal income for all. 2. Zero Hunger“End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.” What’s happening? Controlled starvation, babies can’t get formula, farmers blocked from fertilizer and water, lab-grown synthetic meat, gene-edited produce, buying up and drying up farmland. Bill Gates’ AGRA actually increased hunger by 31% in Africa. 3. Good Health and Well-Being“Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. Over the past 15 years, the number of childhood deaths has been cut in half.” What’s happening? Over 75% of our food is GMO, major heart disease, strokes, diabetes, and obesity are off the charts, FDA blocks therapeutics proven to work, removing medical licenses of doctors who dared to treat people, forcing children to wear bacteria-filled masks for hours a day, elderly murdered in nursing homes, mandated experimental gene therapy causing hundreds of thousands of people to die globally, including babies. 4. Quality Education “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” What’s happening? Mass scale brainwashing through social emotional learning, critical race theory, sexualization of children, gender confusion, puberty blockers, mandated masks in schools, universities demanding students get experimental gene therapy, total lack of academic education, and barbaric student loans. But yes, they do want “lifelong” obedience training in place. 5. Gender Equality“Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure“Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation. We need to promote innovative sustainable technologies and ensure equal and universal access to information and financial markets.” What’s happening? In the U.S. they passed a $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill to build the smart grid control system. This is happening in countless countries all over the world. Packaged as “convenience, safety, and sustainable,” the only thing “equal” is the billionaire globalists behind these schemes each taking their cut. 10. Reduce Inequalities“Reduce inequality within and among countries. Too much of the world’s wealth is held by a very small group of people. In order for nations to flourish, equality and prosperity must be available to everyone – regardless of gender, race, religious beliefs or economic status.” What’s happening? NEW Controlled Food System Is Now In Place And They Will Stop At Nothing To Accelerate Their Control
“Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.” This famous quote by Henry Kissinger is ringing more and more true by the week. The globalists already control the majority of the money, are moving ever so swiftly to convert the energy system over into systems they are all invested in, and have been taking drastic measures to control the food industry while running much of it under the radar. If they control the seeds they control the food, and if they control the food they can use the digital ID to control consumer access to the food. While a rash of fires suddenly destroy food processing, meat, and fertilizer plants, during a time where farmers are hurting and supply chain issues are kicking in, an entire traceable food infrastructure system has already been built in multiple cities and is making its way across the globe. Imagine a day where farmers markets no longer exist, you can’t drive over to your local farmer to buy produce or cuts of meat, and the only food growing outside of the globalists secured indoor vertical farming and lab grown meat facilities, is in your windowsill, garden, or greenhouse. • The indoor vertical farming industry was valued at $5.5 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach $19.86 billion by 2026. Urban indoor farming controlled by the globalists is the future of food they have reimagined, and it’s already in thousands of grocery stores without people realizing it. Whereas the U.S. is leading in this industry, this is a global agenda with vertical farms popping up across the globe. • For perspective, Bowery Farming’s new facility in Alexandria, TX will be able to serve 16 million people in a 200-mile radius. This is only one of dozens of vertical farming companies with massive facilities across the country, backed by big investors. • AeroFarms, who has the largest indoor vertical farming facility in the world, co-developed the first CRISPR-Cas9 gene-edited produce product, now hundreds are following, while National Geographic believes that gene editing is the next food revolution. AeroFarms also worked on an NIH sponsored trial to produce proteins for the Covid jabs. • The University of California is developing a plant-based mRNA vaccine in the hopes that farms can grow edible vaccine heads of lettuce. • Monsanto/Bayer is creating gene edited seeds for vertical farm companies, while Bill Gates, the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, and the World Bank control 10% of the world’s germplasms and hold some of the world’s largest seed banks. Bayer and BASF, two of the world’s largest suppliers of seed, are both involved with the vertical farm industry. • The USDA and FDA have already approved lab grown meat, genetically modified cattle, and are funding the globalists to research and develop cellular agriculture as well as indoor growers and genetics companies, while they slack on regulations for gene-edited produce. • Well over a dozen major food processing and meat plants have coincidentally gone up in flames in the past several months. • Union Pacific is mandating railroad shipping reductions by 20%, impacting CF Industries Holdings, the world’s largest fertilizer company. Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street happen to be the top shareholders of Union Pacific, and BlackRock and Vanguard are in the top 3 shareholders of CF Industries Holdings. • By mapping some of the biggest vertical farms (below in this report), it reveals the crops, grocery stores involved, locations, and billions pouring in by globalist investors and shareholders. It quickly becomes evident that this is the global plan to control all produce – ingredients that go into all food products. How Did They Lock This in Under The Radar? Some Critical Points: The food industry is already monopolized by 10 companies, the majority of which include Vanguard and BlackRock as top shareholders. What happens when they control all of the seeds, produce, and meat too? What happens when produce and meat are all grown inside secured facilities after a gene splice or inside a petri dish, and farmland becomes dormant due to overreaching regulations, lack of supplies, and manufactured inflation? In 2014, during the Obama administration, congress established the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research Act (FFAR) through the Farm Bill, which ultimately created a non-profit organization outside of the government with a $200 million kickoff from taxpayer dollars and additional millions in support from Bill Gates as seen here, and here. USDA Secretary Vilsack announced its creation on July 23, 2014, stating that they were appointing a 15-member board of directors which unsurprisingly included deputy director Dr. Robert Horsch of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and high-ranking employees from Cargill and the Aspen Institute, among others. This new foundation would “leverage public and private resources to increase the scientific and technological research, innovation, and partnerships critical to boosting America’s agricultural economy.” On April 2, 2019, FFAR announced they were launching Precision Indoor Plants (PIP) Consortium, a public-private partnership consisting of indoor growers, breeders, and genetics companies including AeroFarms, BASF, Benson Hill Biosystems, Fluence Bioengineering, Green Venus, Japan Plant Factory, and Priva. Their focus is on five key crops: lettuce, tomatoes, strawberries, cilantro, and blueberries, with a goal to advance speed-breeding, and to alter chemicals produced in plants that impact flavor, nutrition and medicines. As quickly as Bill Gates was buying up farmland, money began pouring into the new future of food – urban vertical indoor farming where they claim the masses will all eventually migrate to. According to Research And Markets, the global vertical farming market was valued at $5.5 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach $19.86 billion in 2026. These growing facilities are astronomical in size as far as their ability to serve millions of people. For example, Bowery Farming is in the process of building their newest “smart” facility in Arlington, just outside of Dallas, TX, which will be capable of serving 16 million people within a 200-mile radius. Bill Gates insists that droughts and climate change is destroying our ability to farm and that the future will consist of populations moving into metropolitan cities where indoor vertical farming is necessary to feed people. If this is the case, why has he acquired 242,000 acres of farmland over the past decade while simultaneously investing in indoor vertical farming? Who gets to sit at the table with healthy produce served up by Gates while the rest of the population eats gene-edited produce from locked-down facilities, delivered to their local grocery store, and accessed only through a digital ID? Meanwhile, the Consultative Group of International Agriculture Research (CGIAR) holds the world’s largest private seed banks consisting of 10% of the worldwide germplasm across the globe, which is controlled by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, and World Bank, managing 768,576 accessions of hijacked farmers seeds. Once the future of food through vertical farming took root, by August 2020, Monsanto/Bayer and Singapore’s sovereign fund Temasek launched a $30 million startup called Unfold which develops new vegetable seed varieties tailored to vertical farms. Bayer licensed the rights to seed germplasm from their vegetable portfolio. By 2021, they leased a 12,000 square foot laboratory research building in Davis, California. But don’t worry, rather than genetically modifying and inserting a gene into the DNA strand, like how Monsanto operated (acquired by Bayer in 2018), they only intend to cut a gene, still modifying its DNA. Perhaps this can be done in an effective and beneficial way, but at the hands of those behind all 2030 UN agendas, it gives one great pause. GMOs already account for 75-80% of food Americans consume. There are already over 100 companies in the Sacramento area working on seed development, so it should come as no surprise that the University of California is developing a plant-based mRNA vaccine in the hopes that farms can grow edible vaccine lettuce. Sounds deliciously perfect. As with so many exciting projects such as this, the National Science Foundation granted $500,000 for this gem. “Imagine walking into your local grocery store on a frigid January day to pick up freshly harvested lettuce, fragrant basil, juicy sweet strawberries, and ripe red tomatoes – all of which were harvested at a local farm only hours before you’d arrived.” That quote from the USDA’s article on Vertical Farming for the Future, published in October 2021, sounds so deliciously enticing and convenient, especially in anticipation of meeting the needs of 9 billion people by 2050, doesn’t it? But, yes there’s always a “but,” what’s going to happen to the farmers when these astronomically enormous indoor vertical farm facilities have taken over every major city, locked in contracts with all major grocery store chains, and are funded by some of the same billionaire globalists who are seeking to control human beings through every industry for their fourth industrial revolution? It’s a legitimate concern. Add “gene-editing,” “smart,” “traceable,” and “net zero” to the production of these facilities, and the fact that they are still moving full speed ahead on digital IDs and currency, and it becomes even more concerning. Sure, the idea of indoor vertical farming could be a great avenue for those with little land, those who live in harsher climates, and everyone who wants food security while these agendas against humanity continue to roll out, but wouldn’t it make more sense for communities to be doing this to meet their own needs, rather than relying on a digital ID to get access to a controlled food industry? The nutritional value from LED versus the sun likely removes some of the nutrients in the produce, but if faced with having difficulty accessing food, or not desiring gene-edited food, it might be a good idea. Whereas this provides a lot of explanation on the absolute intentional demolition to all of our farmers on the seed, vegetable, and produce front, people should also be aware of what’s been taking place with cattle ranchers and the globalists’ plan to take over the meat industry as well. Lab grown meat has already been approved by the FDA and USDA to move forward in the U.S. and labs are eagerly filling up their petri dishes to get this ball rolling. In fact, back in September 2021, the USDA was seeking comments on the labeling of meat and poultry products derived from animals cells – in a press release that no one ever knew about. Upside Foods lab grown meat facility just launched in California, funded by Bill Gates, Temasek Holdings, and 37 other investors. Meanwhile, the USDA is still pushing for RFID surveillance of cattle and doing everything they can to control ranchers. The USDA and FDA are fully on board with genetic modifications. First it was pigs, then it was salmon, now it’s cattle. Who knows what concoction will move from the petri dish to your dinner plate when it’s the same individuals behind every agenda. On February 1, 2016 the Good Food Institute was launched by Bruce Friedrich with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Open Philanthropy Project, and Y Combinator, with the goal to “reimagine meat production.” In October 2021, the Good Food Institute celebrated the USDA’s $10 million grant for the creation of the first-ever National Institute for Cellular Agriculture at Tufts University so they can back researchers in manufactured meat. To be certain all of these goals are locked into place and the UN 2030 agenda is achieved, disrupting the fertilizer industry, food supply chain, and a rash of coincidental fires to food processing plants sure would help to seal the deal, wouldn’t it?
