There are 76 international organizations who hold extensive immunities and privileges, in addition to the Bank for International Settlements along with 63 central banks and financial institutions that function with BIS, to create a complete control framework that operates entirely outside the law from what all other organizations must adhere to. While they all tout they are about “transparency,” that couldn’t be further from the truth. This framework began in the 1930’s, was formally established in the 1940’s, and has evolved into the most powerful globalist regime, with arms extending beyond 190 countries. Part one revealed who those organizations and banks are, the general immunities and privileges they receive, and when those immunities were given to them. These aren’t just ordinary organizations. They happen to be the prime organizations that run the new world order globalists’ agendas against humanity, and they have hundreds of NGOs working with and through them. Nothing is more essential to the future peace of the world than continued cooperation of the nations which had to muster the force necessary to defeat the conspiracy of the Axis powers to dominate the world. …..I appeal to every American, regardless of party, race, creed, or color, to support our efforts to build a strong and lasting United Nations Organization. …..To destroy greedy tyrants with dreams of world domination, we cannot continue in successive generations to sacrifice our finest youth.” – A doomsday projection sales pitch by President Truman in his address before a joint session of Congress on April 16, 1945, just four days after taking office upon President Roosevelt’s death (summarized from full text) Everyone is familiar with the United Nations, who happens to hold 22 of the 76 immunities and privileges under the International Organizations Immunities Act, in addition to treaties and a headquarters agreement providing them with more layers of protection, but how many people are aware of the Organization of American States? In order to reconcile how this was all masterminded, it’s prudent that people understand the other faction that oversees the entire western hemisphere and has been in operation for over five decades prior to the establishment of the United Nations. It’s even more critical to understand the layers of protection these organizations hold, that can also be extended to individuals and organizations working with them, making them all untouchable and unaccountable. People in the U.S. seldom here about the Organization of American States (OAS), mainly because they are largely focused in Latin America and the Caribbean, but Canada, Mexico, and the United States also make up their tight knit group of 35 member states, working in conjunction with the UN, and headquartered in Washington D.C. In fact, thanks to Andrew Carnegie donating $5 million in 1910 for OAS to build their headquarters in D.C., they reside adjacent to President’s Park on 17th St. NW. Their reach is far and wide and they work with key players to move agendas forward. A Quick Explanation of The Layers of Immunities and Privileges There are multiple layers of protection through different means of immunities and privileges. To simplify, international organizations, some banks, the Bank for International Settlements and its member banks, all carry immunities and privileges that equate to that of a foreign diplomat, but many have multiple layers. Here’s what that looks like: 1) In 1945 the U.S. Congress passed the International Organizations Immunities Act (IOIA), which no congress has revoked since. To date, this has afforded 76 international organizations and banks unprecedented immunities, privileges, and tax exemptions that equate to that of diplomats, all given out via executive order by presidents. Many (if not all) member states of the UN and OAS have also passed similar legislation, utilizing nearly identical language, to afford the same immunities to these organizations and banks. The breakdown of the immunities through IOIA and the full list of organizations is documented in part 1 of this report. 2) Through numerous treaties, charters, internal constitutions, and agreements, the UN, OAS, BIS, and some of the other organizations have created yet another layer of immunities and privileges. These are ultimately agreed upon by member states, meaning they operate with these immunities in over 190 member states in some cases. Some of these treaties and charters are covered in part 2 of this report. 3) Each of these organizations and banks have headquarters, either based in the U.S. or another country. The government in which their headquarters resides, has a signed headquarters agreement with the organization that extends additional immunities to protect the headquarters, staff, and documents that reside within. Once again, providing another layer of protection. Some of these headquarters agreements are covered in part 2 of this report. 4) According to BIS, OAS, and the UN documents, they have the ability to extend their immunities to individuals, organizations, or banks who are working with them and providing some form of function for them. In many cases these immunities and privileges even extend to family members of staff. When considering the magnitude of this, it could potentially extend to thousands of individuals and organizations. The details of these B2B agreements are not made public since documents are all inviolable, however, there are some signed agreements with general information which do include basics about immunities. Some of those are covered in part 2 of this report. To put it in layman terms, a wealthy bunch of corrupt families got together centuries ago and plotted how they wanted to control the world. The challenge was in how they would get around constitutions, state laws and international laws so they could operate outside the system that the rest of humanity had to function within. This would afford them the ability to move like ghosts, transfer wealth, and camouflage all of their schemes with false storylines as they secured more and more control with each decade, while alleging how “transparent” they are. Getting the banking systems into place, such as the Bank for International Settlements, the Federal Reserve, the World Bank Group, and central banks was the key step in building the ghost-like infrastructure. Making sure BlackRock and Vanguard had top shareholder positions in every major corporation in order to bend and squeeze them into submission, was also a necessary evil. Their next step was to create global organizations that would have immunities and privileges allowing them to operate in the shadows, with no accountability, while helping to establish international laws and treaties for “member states” to abide by. Enter the OAS and the UN. And of course, BIS, its member banks, and over a dozen other banks through “Acts” put in place by countries, all needed immunities for cover to move funds. Next, was to give additional international organizations immunities and privileges so they could all operate together and extend those immunities to non-government organizations that could do their bidding for them. And wallah, you have yourself one hell of a secret operation running for over 100 years without people even realizing what’s really going on, while no one is being held accountable, and… where did all the money go? The Organization of American States (OAS) A Condensed History Some may have heard of the ‘Summit of The Americas’ in White House press releases, or perhaps they’ve seen them mentioned in a news bleep pertaining to another country, but the U.S. media rarely mentions the Organization of American States (OAS). Another reason why many people are unfamiliar with them is because of the name changes throughout the years. And yet, they are strategically located and critical to the New World Order 2030 Agenda. In December 1994, President Clinton convened the first Summit of The Americas since 1967. The inaugural meeting was held in Miami, FL, and the Summits have consistently convened ever since. Clinton went on to host a “Future of The Americas” meeting in order to rally leaders and governments to come together and work on their future plan. Just three months prior to Clinton kicking this off, the first BIS Board meeting, after the Federal Reserve finally purchased shares in the BIS system, kicked off the central bank system on a global scale with BIS at the helm. Here is the Constituent Charter for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), the protocol regarding the immunities of BIS, the list of 63 central banks that are members of BIS, and their complete legal overview with headquarters agreements and much more. BIS was covered in part 1 of this report. According to OAS, their essential purposes are: “to strengthen peace and security in the Hemisphere; to promote and consolidate representative democracy, with due respect for the principle of nonintervention; to prevent possible causes of difficulties and to ensure peaceful settlement of disputes that may arise among the member states; to provide for common action on the part of those states in the event of aggression; to seek the solution of political, juridical, and economic problems that may arise among them; to promote, by cooperative action, their economic, social, and cultural development; and to achieve an effective limitation of conventional weapons that will make it possible to devote the largest amount of resources to the economic and social development of the member states.” OAS officially began as the International Union of American Republics in 1890 following the First International Conference of American States in Washington D.C. At that time they also created the Commercial Bureau of the American Republics as the Union’s secretariat. There were 18 Western Hemisphere nations involved, including the United States. Twenty years later, in 1910, the Commercial Bureau became the Pan American Union. By The Sharp Edge When asked if a United States CBDC would be used to control how, when and where the population spends their money, a senior vice president for the St. Louis Fed’s Research Division responded, “in life, one can’t give absolute assurance of anything…The best we can hope for, is for Congress to respond to the electorate’s concerns about privacy.” However, signals by the Biden regime and the Federal Reserve indicate they intend to move forward on a CBDC, regardless of any approval from Congress, industry leaders or the public. In fact, there are a growing number of research and pilot programs in various phases of development in America and around the world, despite public concerns of an impending digital currency enslavement system tied to a digital ID and social credit system. The Biden Regime Presses Forward On March 9, 2022, the Biden regime issued an Executive Order on ‘Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets,’ which placed “the highest urgency on research and development efforts into the potential design and deployment options of a United States CBDC.” The EO commanded Attorney General Garland, Treasury Secretary Yellen, and Federal Reserve Chair Powell to determine if a legal path to bypass Congress is possible, stating, “within 180 days of the date of this order [by September 5, 2022], provide the President…an assessment of whether legislative changes would be necessary to issue a United States CBDC, should it be deemed appropriate and in the national interest.” The EO further directed them to provide the President with a legislative proposal within 210 days, by October 5, 2022. A former Fed vice chair, Randal Quarles, remarked that any bill in Congress authorizing a CBDC would be unlikely to pass, noting a lack of support from the public. In July of 2021, lawmakers introduced legislation that has yet to pass, known as the ‘Digital Asset Market Structure and Investor Protection Act,’ which appears to authorize the Fed to issue digital versions of Federal Reserve notes and to use distributed ledger technology for the “creation, distribution and recordation of all transactions involving digital Federal reserve notes.” On the other hand, legislation was introduced in January of 2022 to prohibit the Federal Reserve from issuing a CBDC directly to individuals. In March of 2022, legislatures proposed an alternative to CBDC in a bill known as the ‘ECASH Act‘, which proposes to develop an electronic version of the US dollar issued by the US Treasury instead of the Federal Reserve, and purports to imitate the privacy and anonymity features of cash. While there is no current federal statute mandating businesses to accept cash, lawmakers introduced the ‘Payment Choice Act of 2021‘, designed to require retail businesses to accept cash as a form of payment. In all, Congress has introduced 50 bills on digital assets, blockchain, and CBDCs. During a May 26, 2022, House Committee hearing, some lawmakers took issue with the Biden regime’s Executive Order and the ambiguity of the Federal Reserve’s comment in their January 2022 discussion paper, which states, “The Federal Reserve does not intend to proceed with issuance of a CBDC without clear support from the executive branch and from Congress, ideally in the form of a specific authorizing law.” Representative Andy Barr commented, “This to me suggests that the administration is not yet convinced that Congress has a role here.” Lawmakers were unable to seek clarity from the vice chair of the Federal Reserve during the hearing on whether the Fed would in fact proceed with the issuance of a CBDC without official Congressional authorization. Other issues raised in the House Committee hearing on CBDCs included risks to the public of mass surveillance and targeting of citizens who are critical of the regime. Representative Warren Davidson remarked to the Fed vice chair, “The concern is the surveillance state… If you turn the Central Bank Digital Currency into this creepy surveillance tool…it literally is what China is developing and we shouldn’t imitate them. We should protect America’s way of life.” The threat of adopting China’s model for surveillance and control has become even more apparent in recent days, as China thwarted attempts by protesters to access their frozen funds by turning their QR codes red. Representative John Rose addressed his concerns to the vice chair, adding, “We saw how dangerous it can be when the government weaponizes the financial system for political purposes under the Obama Administration’s Operation Choke Point. More recently, the Canadian government instructed banks to freeze accounts linked to the trucker protests over vaccine mandates…Without appropriate safeguards, would a CBDC make it easier for the federal government to block individuals it disagrees with from accessing the financial system?” Vice Chair Brainard did not deny that CBDCs could be used to block access of individuals, stating that the use of CBDCs would essentially be no different from the current banking systems, from which accounts of political dissidents have been frozen. Legislatures aren’t the only ones concerned about the rise of the CBDC surveillance system. Both the public and shareholders were invited to submit comments on the Federal Reserve’s plans to issue a CBDC, many of whom were resolutely opposed to the idea. One citizen wrote, “You don’t want privacy. You want to control every aspect of our lives.” Another individual replied, “I do not want government in charge of access to the kill switch to my account/money if I do not ‘tow the line.’” Yet another responded, “Stop playing games with our lives. And ignore Klaus Schwab. I fear the system completely breaking down if CBDC is enacted. Because Americans want privacy, freedom, and their work rewarded with sound money.” In response to the Fed paper on CBDCs, the American Bankers Association warned how the disbursement of a CBDC would devastate local banks, stating, “The issuance of a CBDC would fundamentally rewire our banking and financial system by changing the relationship between citizens and the Federal Reserve,” adding, “The risks associated with issuing a CBDC are often downplayed but are real and likely to undermine any possible benefit that a CBDC would have. Most importantly, every construction of CBDC requires moving funds from banks to the Federal Reserve.” The ABA concluded, “As we have evaluated the likely impacts of issuing a CBDC it has become clear that the purported benefits of a CBDC are uncertain and unlikely to be realized, while the costs are real and acute. Based on this analysis, we do not see a compelling case for a CBDC in the United States today.” Despite numerous dissenting voices among Congress, industry leaders and the public, the Biden regime and the Federal Reserve are pressing forward with plans to develop a United States CBDC. The Fed released yet another paper on the issuance of a retail CBDC in April of 2022. On June 17,2022, Fed Chair Powell lamented the decline of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency (driven by reckless federal spending and intentional mismanagement) and looked to a United States CBDC as a solution to the problems they’ve created, stating, “Looking forward, rapid changes are taking place in the global monetary system that may affect the international role of the dollar in the future. Most major economies already have or are in the process of developing instant, 24/7 payments. Our own FedNow Service will be coming online in 2023. And in light of the tremendous growth in crypto-assets and stablecoins, we are examining whether a US central bank digital currency would improve upon what is an already safe and efficient domestic payments system. As our white paper on this topic notes, a U.S. CBDC could also potentially help maintain the dollar’s international standing.” Research & Development Projects Underway There are a multitude of research and development programs for CBDCs underway. Currently, 105 countries, which represent more than 95% of the global GDP, are in various phases of CBDC exploration. Approximately 50 countries are in the advanced phases of research and development, while 28 retail CBDC pilots and 3 live retail CBDCs have been implemented. A study of 81 central banks determined that 90% are currently researching CBDCs, and over half are in the developmental or experimental phases. Several key areas of CBDC exploration are highlighted below. China & e-CNY Project China’s CBDC pilot program continues to expand since the announcement of its launch in 2020, gaining 261 million digital wallets opened in 2021. The Chinese government has extended the program to include more regions and applications. As China’s CBDC pilot program expands, so do their surveillance capabilities of Chinese citizens, multinational corporations, and other consumers around the world. On May 25, 2022, Senators introduced a bill known as the ‘Defending Americans from Authoritarian Digital Currencies Act,’ to prohibit app platforms, such as Apple and Google, from hosting apps that accept China’s digital currency. Senator Tom Cotton commented that the digital currency will provide the Chinese government with “real-time visibility into all transactions on the network, posing privacy and security concerns for American persons who join this network,” adding, “The Chinese Communist Party will use its digital currency to control and spy on anyone who uses it. We can’t give China that chance.” On June 7, 2022, lawmakers introduced a bill in the Senate known as the ‘Responsible Financial Innovation Act,’ to regulate crypto and to direct several agencies including: CISA, ODNI, and the DoD to investigate the national security implications of the use of China’s CBDC. United States & Project Hamilton The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and MIT Digital Currency Initiative are collaborating on a CBDC exploratory project known as ‘Project Hamilton.’ The first phase of the operation was completed, demonstrating the feasibility of a CBDC payment system similar to the scale of the US economy and the US dollar’s utilization globally. Phase 2 of the project will focus on security, programmability, “how to balance privacy with compliance,” and safeguards against cyber-attacks. Critics argue that a United States CBDC does not address the issues of cybersecurity, government abuse, privacy, and centralized control. Congressman Tom Emmer commented, “Not only would this CBDC model centralize Americans’ financial information, leaving it vulnerable to attack, but it could also be used as a surveillance tool that Americans should never tolerate from their own government,” adding that, “Requiring users to open up an account at the Fed to access a US CBDC would put the Fed on an insidious path akin to China’s digital authoritarianism.” Laying the foundation for their CBDC program, the Fed has developed “a new instant payment infrastructure” known as FedNow. The new digital interbank instant payment system is expected to launch in 2023. European Union & Digital Euro Project The investigation phase of the Digital Euro Project began in October of 2021 and will be completed by October of 2023. As part of the investigation phase, the European Central Bank has solicited public feedback. The ECB received 8,200 public responses, a record number of participants in the survey that ended in January of 2021. The feedback from this consultation provided a clear mandate, with the majority of respondents confirming that the public wants “payments to remain a private matter.” The ECB again solicited public feedback in a survey that ended in June of 2022, which received well more than double the number of responses as the previous survey. Once again, the public survey determined an overwhelming rejection of “digital slavery,” from a CBDC “slavecoin.” One respondent wrote, “No to the digital Euro! Living in the EU is becoming a nightmare, with forced vaccinations on the horizon, and now a digital Euro. It is clear that you want to have a population with no rights and no privacy – as wanted by your overlords of the WEF.” Despite the crushing negative public responses to a CBDC over privacy concerns, the European Central Bank is moving forward with their plans. European Commissioner Paolo Gentiloni remarked to the press that, “A completely anonymous digital euro is not desirable.” A digital euro prototype is expected to launch in late 2023. By The Sharp Edge In an appearance at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2022, climate-grifter, Al Gore, took the opportunity to, once again, tout Climate TRACE, a coalition backed by the former Vice President and former Google CEO, Eric Schmidt. In response to a comment made by WEF panelist, Lea Wermelin, on the responsibility of governments to make structural changes in our economy to combat climate change, Gore replied, “I have good news on this front. We are about to enter an age of radical transparency. I have been among those who have formed a new coalition called ‘Climate TRACE’…Tracking Real-time Atmospheric Carbon Emissions. It’s a coalition of artificial intelligence technology companies, NGOs, and universities, using data from 300 existing satellites from multiple countries, ground, sea and air-based censors, and internet data streams, to use machine-learning to create algorithms for every single sub-sector of the economy.” This colossal data-collection project aims to replace the current self-reporting system of greenhouse gas emissions by countries and companies, who have committed to net zero goals, by publishing reports of climate offenders so that countries, companies, and even individuals can be “held accountable.” The Google-backed AI algorithm used by Climate TRACE appears to lay the framework for enforcing ESG initiatives heavily pushed by financial behemoths such as BlackRock, as well as a technocratic social and climate credit system. A Framework for ESG Initiatives BlackRock CEO, Larry Fink, has made no attempts to hide his plans to demolish the current economy through environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards. In his 2021 letter to CEOs, Fink remarked, “It’s important to recognize that net zero demands a transformation of the entire economy.” Since Larry Fink issued a letter to CEOs in 2020, which focused on BlackRock’s shift from shareholder capitalism to stakeholder capitalism, by assessing companies based on ESG initiatives, corporations have been falling in line with Blackrock’s ‘woke’ climate agenda. However, Al Gore warned his fellow climate activists at the WEF 2022 Annual Meeting that, “greenwashing,” or the act of falsely claiming to be environmentally sustainable, “is a major obstacle to solving the climate crisis. It is made up of falsehoods, clever PR, and it has to stop.” Of course, Gore presents his Climate TRACE framework as the perfect solution and has stated that investors (such as BlackRock), could potentially use this technocratic system to hold corporations responsible for falling in line with their ESG standards. Billionaire critics of Fink’s ESG initiatives, Peter Thiel and Elon Musk, have publicly pushed back on BlackRock’s attempts to fundamentally change the economy based on ‘woke’ ideology. Elon Musk recently remarked on Twitter, “Exxon is rated top ten best in the world for environment, social & governance (ESG) by S&P 500, while Tesla didn’t make the list! ESG is a scam. It has been weaponized by phony social justice warriors.” Republican lawmakers have introduced legislation, known as the INDEX Act, designed to limit the power of mega money managers, like BlackRock, State Street and Vanguard, from using other people’s money to push a toxic mix of personal politics and climate doom hysteria. A Foundation for Social & Climate Credit System Aside from the obvious dangers of providing a framework for radically transforming an already unstable economy, a far greater threat of this Google-backed global surveillance system is the way in which it could be used against the public, as a foundation for the coming social and climate credit system. Using a project like Climate TRACE to target individual cars, homes, or small businesses for whatever climate offenses these technocrats deem to be greatest, does not seem far off. The social credit system, already implemented in China, relies on mass surveillance of the population to punish or reward their citizens based on their behaviors. Michael Evens, bragged about the company’s development of an “individual carbon footprint tracker,” which has the ability to track everything consumers buy, eat, as well as where and how they travel. Of course, Evans failed to mention if this information would be shared with the Chinese government or if the information would be used as part of their social credit system. The fairly new Climate TRACE coalition, which was launched in July of 2020, has set ambitious goals of tracking and tracing emission sources and reporting on “not just national subsector estimates, but ‘asset-level’ data: individual power plants, factories, ships, planes, farms, and so on all around the world.” Their use of the phrase “and so on,” in this statement isn’t reassuring, as it implies an intent to eventually narrow-in on tracking emissions at the individual level. Climate TRACE brags that their development of this machine-learning approach to trace emissions is “constantly evolving, improving and collecting more data,” allowing it to “get more and more detailed over time.” It seems it’s only a matter of time before Climate TRACE moves their focus of tracking individual planes and farms to tracing the emissions of our individual cars, homes, and small businesses. When asked what Climate TRACE will do with all the data they collect, Gore joked, “Publish it. We’re not the climate cops. We’re maybe the neighborhood watch, but our neighborhood is the whole world.” The thought of ‘climate cops’ using this data as a framework for building a social and climate credit system is no joking matter. In response to a comment made by WEF panelist, Lea Wermelin, on the responsibility of governments to make structural changes in our economy to combat climate change, Gore replied, “I have good news on this front. We are about to enter an age of radical transparency. I have been among those who have formed a new coalition called ‘Climate TRACE’…Tracking Real-time Atmospheric Carbon Emissions. It’s a coalition of artificial intelligence technology companies, NGOs, and universities, using data from 300 existing satellites from multiple countries, ground, sea and air-based censors, and internet data streams, to use machine-learning to create algorithms for every single sub-sector of the economy.” This colossal data-collection project aims to replace the current self-reporting system of greenhouse gas emissions by countries and companies, who have committed to net zero goals, by publishing reports of climate offenders so that countries, companies, and even individuals can be “held accountable.” The Google-backed AI algorithm used by Climate TRACE appears to lay the framework for enforcing ESG initiatives heavily pushed by financial behemoths such as BlackRock, as well as a technocratic social and climate credit system. A Framework for ESG Initiatives BlackRock CEO, Larry Fink, has made no attempts to hide his plans to demolish the current economy through environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards. In his 2021 letter to CEOs, Fink remarked, “It’s important to recognize that net zero demands a transformation of the entire economy.” Since Larry Fink issued a letter to CEOs in 2020, which focused on BlackRock’s shift from shareholder capitalism to stakeholder capitalism, by assessing companies based on ESG initiatives, corporations have been falling in line with Blackrock’s ‘woke’ climate agenda. The Great Con These “Global Goals” are said to be “agreed upon by all world leaders to build a greener, fairer, better world by 2030, and we all have a role in achieving them.” By “role” they mean that people will be required to be obedient digital citizens with no personal rights or freedoms, and will “own nothing and be happy.” It’s important to note that these 17 goals are used primarily for marketing fluff to convince the masses that this is all for the greater good. Within these 17 goals they have 169 targets with 230 indicators that measure the progress of those targets. Many of these target points involve major data collecting, aggregating, and sharing, and much of what is described is akin to the marketing fluff used in the 17 goals. In other words, they either state what they plan to do but aren’t really doing it or carry out a goal but for the exact opposite reason as stated. A perfect example is their push for everyone in the world to have access to a bank account under the guise of equality and to be able to provide direct assistance to those in poverty, yet if you review all of their other plans around the financial industry and digital IDs it becomes quite clear that it is for the purpose of creating a universal basic income that is monitored and spending is controlled based on a social score derived from ones obedience level. 17 Goals of Deception 1. No Poverty“Together we can feed the hungry, wipe out disease and give everyone in the world a chance to prosper and live a productive and rich life.” What’s happening? We’ve heard this song and dance for decades, while the U.S. has stolen trillions in taxpayer dollars to allegedly help other countries with no success because they are slush funds. Currently we are all experiencing Intentional food shortages, manufactured supply chain disruptions, inflation, massive business closures and towns shuttered from forced lockdowns. The rollout of a guaranteed basic income pilot program in over 57 cities, giving out up to $1,000 a month for people to spend however they wish so it can be tracked, with a goal to create a federal policy of universal income for all. 2. Zero Hunger“End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.” What’s happening? Controlled starvation, babies can’t get formula, farmers blocked from fertilizer and water, lab-grown synthetic meat, gene-edited produce, buying up and drying up farmland. Bill Gates’ AGRA actually increased hunger by 31% in Africa. 3. Good Health and Well-Being“Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. Over the past 15 years, the number of childhood deaths has been cut in half.” What’s happening? Over 75% of our food is GMO, major heart disease, strokes, diabetes, and obesity are off the charts, FDA blocks therapeutics proven to work, removing medical licenses of doctors who dared to treat people, forcing children to wear bacteria-filled masks for hours a day, elderly murdered in nursing homes, mandated experimental gene therapy causing hundreds of thousands of people to die globally, including babies. 4. Quality Education “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” What’s happening? Mass scale brainwashing through social emotional learning, critical race theory, sexualization of children, gender confusion, puberty blockers, mandated masks in schools, universities demanding students get experimental gene therapy, total lack of academic education, and barbaric student loans. But yes, they do want “lifelong” obedience training in place. 5. Gender Equality“Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. Political, Economic and social equality for women will benefit all the world’s citizens.” What’s happening? Girls have been conditioned to lose all sense of self identity and gender leaving them totally confused while being trained to be independent from their parents, women were conditioned to leave their children and work outside the home to break apart the family unit, all while manipulation tactics were injected to demoralize men at the same time. It’s not about “equality,” it’s about controlling a population by dividing them. 6. Clean Water and Sanitation“Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all. One in three people live with sanitation. This is causing unnecessary disease and death.” What’s happening? Farmers are blocked from access to water as their fields go dry, streets are rife with homelessness, crack pipes, needles, and feces, immigrants are welcomed by the bus and plane loads while forgoing tests, given aid, and stand on street corners begging for money as they allegedly live without water or sanitation. 7. Affordable and Clean Energy“Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. Implementing these new energy solutions as fast as possible is essential to counter climate change, one of the biggest threats to our own survival.” What’s happening? The billionaires are making bank on this manufactured industry while bringing in the all electric era of vehicles that can be shut off remotely with a kill switch. Gas prices have reach an all time high and the Biden regime has brought our strategic petroleum reserve to the lowest it’s been since 1987. California can’t even keep the lights on but are happy to push their power grid to the brink with the “all electric” scheme. There is nothing “affordable” about it. Decent Work and Economic Growth“Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. If we promote job creation with expanded access to banking and financial services, we can make sure that everybody gets the benefits of entrepreneurship and innovation.” What’s happening? This one is probably the most outlandish one of them all. They are doing everything in their power to crash economies across the globe so they can rule over everyone, have managed to get away with the biggest transfer of wealth in history, and while they stomp on entrepreneurs the only reason they want everyone to have access to a bank is so they can be surveilled and spending controlled, which builds an obedient digital citizen. 9. Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure“Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation. We need to promote innovative sustainable technologies and ensure equal and universal access to information and financial markets.” What’s happening? In the U.S. they passed a $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill to build the smart grid control system. This is happening in countless countries all over the world. Packaged as “convenience, safety, and sustainable,” the only thing “equal” is the billionaire globalists behind these schemes each taking their cut. 10. Reduce Inequalities“Reduce inequality within and among countries. Too much of the world’s wealth is held by a very small group of people. In order for nations to flourish, equality and prosperity must be available to everyone – regardless of gender, race, religious beliefs or economic status.” What’s happening? BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street own nearly every industry and company with the same corrupt billionaires operating as stakeholders within these industries, so yes, the “world’s wealth is most certainly held by a very small group of people.” If allowing these monopolies to happen represents “equality and prosperity available to everyone,” that should be everyone’s first clue that the world is being conned. 11. Sustainable Cities and Communities“Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.” What’s happening? How “safe” have cities felt over the past few years with the preplanned social disruption experiments to form and rollout groups such as Antifa and BLM to cause riots, destroy cities, and commit violence? While intentionally shuttering small businesses and small towns on the outskirts, they are culling the masses into the cities where they have been building their smart grid control system and investors have been buying up homes to convert to rentals, which is why they want everyone on a digital ID and want all people, products, resources, and food items tracked and traced via the blockchain. This gives them the ability to control access, spending, thermostats, energy usage, food, and healthcare. 12. Responsible Consumption and Production“Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. Our planet has provided us with an abundance of natural resources but we have not utilized them responsibly and currently consume far beyond what our planet can provide.“ What’s happening? Over 640 million acres or 28% of all U.S. land is owned by the federal government. The billionaires, or 1%, have utilized the resources that aren’t controlled by the federal government, so as to capitalize on it and maintain their power to manufacture newly needed industries while blaming citizens for “consuming too much.” They are moving to synthetic meat and gene-edited produce, all of which they are investors in or owners of, because citizens are “consuming too much.” 13. Climate Action“Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts. Climate change is a real and undeniable threat to our entire civilization. The effects are visible and will be catastrophic unless we act now. Through education, innovation and “adherence” to our climate commitments, we can make the necessary changes to protect the planet. NEW Controlled Food System Is Now In Place And They Will Stop At Nothing To Accelerate Their Control
“Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.” This famous quote by Henry Kissinger is ringing more and more true by the week. The globalists already control the majority of the money, are moving ever so swiftly to convert the energy system over into systems they are all invested in, and have been taking drastic measures to control the food industry while running much of it under the radar. If they control the seeds they control the food, and if they control the food they can use the digital ID to control consumer access to the food. While a rash of fires suddenly destroy food processing, meat, and fertilizer plants, during a time where farmers are hurting and supply chain issues are kicking in, an entire traceable food infrastructure system has already been built in multiple cities and is making its way across the globe. Imagine a day where farmers markets no longer exist, you can’t drive over to your local farmer to buy produce or cuts of meat, and the only food growing outside of the globalists secured indoor vertical farming and lab grown meat facilities, is in your windowsill, garden, or greenhouse. • The indoor vertical farming industry was valued at $5.5 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach $19.86 billion by 2026. Urban indoor farming controlled by the globalists is the future of food they have reimagined, and it’s already in thousands of grocery stores without people realizing it. Whereas the U.S. is leading in this industry, this is a global agenda with vertical farms popping up across the globe. • For perspective, Bowery Farming’s new facility in Alexandria, TX will be able to serve 16 million people in a 200-mile radius. This is only one of dozens of vertical farming companies with massive facilities across the country, backed by big investors. • AeroFarms, who has the largest indoor vertical farming facility in the world, co-developed the first CRISPR-Cas9 gene-edited produce product, now hundreds are following, while National Geographic believes that gene editing is the next food revolution. AeroFarms also worked on an NIH sponsored trial to produce proteins for the Covid jabs. • The University of California is developing a plant-based mRNA vaccine in the hopes that farms can grow edible vaccine heads of lettuce. • Monsanto/Bayer is creating gene edited seeds for vertical farm companies, while Bill Gates, the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, and the World Bank control 10% of the world’s germplasms and hold some of the world’s largest seed banks. Bayer and BASF, two of the world’s largest suppliers of seed, are both involved with the vertical farm industry. • The USDA and FDA have already approved lab grown meat, genetically modified cattle, and are funding the globalists to research and develop cellular agriculture as well as indoor growers and genetics companies, while they slack on regulations for gene-edited produce. • Well over a dozen major food processing and meat plants have coincidentally gone up in flames in the past several months. • Union Pacific is mandating railroad shipping reductions by 20%, impacting CF Industries Holdings, the world’s largest fertilizer company. Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street happen to be the top shareholders of Union Pacific, and BlackRock and Vanguard are in the top 3 shareholders of CF Industries Holdings. • By mapping some of the biggest vertical farms (below in this report), it reveals the crops, grocery stores involved, locations, and billions pouring in by globalist investors and shareholders. It quickly becomes evident that this is the global plan to control all produce – ingredients that go into all food products. How Did They Lock This in Under The Radar? Some Critical Points: The food industry is already monopolized by 10 companies, the majority of which include Vanguard and BlackRock as top shareholders. What happens when they control all of the seeds, produce, and meat too? What happens when produce and meat are all grown inside secured facilities after a gene splice or inside a petri dish, and farmland becomes dormant due to overreaching regulations, lack of supplies, and manufactured inflation? In 2014, during the Obama administration, congress established the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research Act (FFAR) through the Farm Bill, which ultimately created a non-profit organization outside of the government with a $200 million kickoff from taxpayer dollars and additional millions in support from Bill Gates as seen here, and here. USDA Secretary Vilsack announced its creation on July 23, 2014, stating that they were appointing a 15-member board of directors which unsurprisingly included deputy director Dr. Robert Horsch of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and high-ranking employees from Cargill and the Aspen Institute, among others. This new foundation would “leverage public and private resources to increase the scientific and technological research, innovation, and partnerships critical to boosting America’s agricultural economy.” On April 2, 2019, FFAR announced they were launching Precision Indoor Plants (PIP) Consortium, a public-private partnership consisting of indoor growers, breeders, and genetics companies including AeroFarms, BASF, Benson Hill Biosystems, Fluence Bioengineering, Green Venus, Japan Plant Factory, and Priva. Their focus is on five key crops: lettuce, tomatoes, strawberries, cilantro, and blueberries, with a goal to advance speed-breeding, and to alter chemicals produced in plants that impact flavor, nutrition and medicines. As quickly as Bill Gates was buying up farmland, money began pouring into the new future of food – urban vertical indoor farming where they claim the masses will all eventually migrate to. According to Research And Markets, the global vertical farming market was valued at $5.5 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach $19.86 billion in 2026. These growing facilities are astronomical in size as far as their ability to serve millions of people. For example, Bowery Farming is in the process of building their newest “smart” facility in Arlington, just outside of Dallas, TX, which will be capable of serving 16 million people within a 200-mile radius. Bill Gates insists that droughts and climate change is destroying our ability to farm and that the future will consist of populations moving into metropolitan cities where indoor vertical farming is necessary to feed people. If this is the case, why has he acquired 242,000 acres of farmland over the past decade while simultaneously investing in indoor vertical farming? Who gets to sit at the table with healthy produce served up by Gates while the rest of the population eats gene-edited produce from locked-down facilities, delivered to their local grocery store, and accessed only through a digital ID? Meanwhile, the Consultative Group of International Agriculture Research (CGIAR) holds the world’s largest private seed banks consisting of 10% of the worldwide germplasm across the globe, which is controlled by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, and World Bank, managing 768,576 accessions of hijacked farmers seeds. Once the future of food through vertical farming took root, by August 2020, Monsanto/Bayer and Singapore’s sovereign fund Temasek launched a $30 million startup called Unfold which develops new vegetable seed varieties tailored to vertical farms. Bayer licensed the rights to seed germplasm from their vegetable portfolio. By 2021, they leased a 12,000 square foot laboratory research building in Davis, California. But don’t worry, rather than genetically modifying and inserting a gene into the DNA strand, like how Monsanto operated (acquired by Bayer in 2018), they only intend to cut a gene, still modifying its DNA. Perhaps this can be done in an effective and beneficial way, but at the hands of those behind all 2030 UN agendas, it gives one great pause. GMOs already account for 75-80% of food Americans consume. There are already over 100 companies in the Sacramento area working on seed development, so it should come as no surprise that the University of California is developing a plant-based mRNA vaccine in the hopes that farms can grow edible vaccine lettuce. Sounds deliciously perfect. As with so many exciting projects such as this, the National Science Foundation granted $500,000 for this gem. “Imagine walking into your local grocery store on a frigid January day to pick up freshly harvested lettuce, fragrant basil, juicy sweet strawberries, and ripe red tomatoes – all of which were harvested at a local farm only hours before you’d arrived.” That quote from the USDA’s article on Vertical Farming for the Future, published in October 2021, sounds so deliciously enticing and convenient, especially in anticipation of meeting the needs of 9 billion people by 2050, doesn’t it? But, yes there’s always a “but,” what’s going to happen to the farmers when these astronomically enormous indoor vertical farm facilities have taken over every major city, locked in contracts with all major grocery store chains, and are funded by some of the same billionaire globalists who are seeking to control human beings through every industry for their fourth industrial revolution? It’s a legitimate concern. Add “gene-editing,” “smart,” “traceable,” and “net zero” to the production of these facilities, and the fact that they are still moving full speed ahead on digital IDs and currency, and it becomes even more concerning. Sure, the idea of indoor vertical farming could be a great avenue for those with little land, those who live in harsher climates, and everyone who wants food security while these agendas against humanity continue to roll out, but wouldn’t it make more sense for communities to be doing this to meet their own needs, rather than relying on a digital ID to get access to a controlled food industry? The nutritional value from LED versus the sun likely removes some of the nutrients in the produce, but if faced with having difficulty accessing food, or not desiring gene-edited food, it might be a good idea. Whereas this provides a lot of explanation on the absolute intentional demolition to all of our farmers on the seed, vegetable, and produce front, people should also be aware of what’s been taking place with cattle ranchers and the globalists’ plan to take over the meat industry as well. Lab grown meat has already been approved by the FDA and USDA to move forward in the U.S. and labs are eagerly filling up their petri dishes to get this ball rolling. In fact, back in September 2021, the USDA was seeking comments on the labeling of meat and poultry products derived from animals cells – in a press release that no one ever knew about. Upside Foods lab grown meat facility just launched in California, funded by Bill Gates, Temasek Holdings, and 37 other investors. Meanwhile, the USDA is still pushing for RFID surveillance of cattle and doing everything they can to control ranchers. The USDA and FDA are fully on board with genetic modifications. First it was pigs, then it was salmon, now it’s cattle. Who knows what concoction will move from the petri dish to your dinner plate when it’s the same individuals behind every agenda. On February 1, 2016 the Good Food Institute was launched by Bruce Friedrich with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Open Philanthropy Project, and Y Combinator, with the goal to “reimagine meat production.” In October 2021, the Good Food Institute celebrated the USDA’s $10 million grant for the creation of the first-ever National Institute for Cellular Agriculture at Tufts University so they can back researchers in manufactured meat. To be certain all of these goals are locked into place and the UN 2030 agenda is achieved, disrupting the fertilizer industry, food supply chain, and a rash of coincidental fires to food processing plants sure would help to seal the deal, wouldn’t it? Since the start of 2022, over a dozen major food processing and fertilizer plants have gone up in flames, exploded, or been struck by a plane crash in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. For years they provided the bulk of endowments received by all higher education institutions, giving them great influence. 1920s – Soviet psychologist Lev Vygotsky, who studied how to brainwash children, began laying the foundation for social, emotional learning. 1965 – According to Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt, former Senior Policy Advisor to the U.S. Department of Education and author of the ‘Deliberate Dumbing Down of American,’ in a 2000 interview she explained how they had begun to change the education system from academics to behavioral modification, and later brought in ‘Pacesetters in Innovation’ in 1968, which were programs to brainwash children. By 1973, a ‘Change Agents Guide to Innovation in Education’ was published to carry out these same agendas in a constant social engineering spiral to alter attitudes, values, and move from a free to a socialist planned economy through the new world order that was all about building a workforce, and lifelong learning from kindergarten to 80-years-old. According to Iserbyt, the Carnegie Foundation played an influential role in establishing the education system on an international level, including coordination with the Soviet Union during the Gorbachev years. She notes that the Rockefellers were more interested in the education system on the domestic front. Isberbyt described their strategy as a 3-prong approach:1) Gradualism – The frog in cold water metaphor: they slowly turn up the heat so the frog doesn’t know it’s being cooked.2) Dialectic – The globalists create a crisis, then save the day.3) Semantic Deception – They have different definitions for words. 1973 – Professor James Heckman began serving as the director for the Center for The Economics of Human Development at the University of Chicago. Heckman became a vital part of pushing the SEL agenda. 1978 – Seattle-based Committee for Children was founded by Dr. Debra Boyer and Dr. Jennifer James to allegedly protect children. Their office is located a half mile from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. More recently they have added branches in a half dozen states. In 1995 they created Second Step SEL programs with the approval of CASEL, and went on to receive recognition from the White House in 1998 during the Clinton Administration. Their programs are now running in over 34% of U.S. elementary schools. Bill Gates foundation just funded them $1 million in October 2021 to advance their Second Step programs. October 17, 1979 – The U.S. Department of Education was created, going against the Constitution, so as to control young minds across the country. 1992 – All of the original founders of CASEL, with the exception of Dr. Roger Weissberg, organized a meeting at the Carnegie Corporation, funded by the Fetzer Institute, to discuss the creation of CASEL. 1994 – The Collaborative for Academics, Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) was founded by Eileen Rockefeller Growald (David Rockefeller’s daughter), Daniel Goleman, Mark T. Greenberg, Linda Lantieri, Timothy P. Shriver, David Sluyter, and the late Dr. Roger P. Weissberg, with the term “social and emotional” originating during a meeting at the Fetzer Institute, where Sluyter once served as program officer, vice president, president and CEO, and senior advisor of the organization, and still consults. 1996– The National Science Foundation studied the difference in infants’ social emotional behavior during mother-infant and father-infant interactions, and who and how it developed their personality and ability to control impulses, anger, aggression, and psychological functioning, among other things. 1998 – New Profit Inc. was founded by Vanessa Kirsch, who has funded CASEL millions to advance the SEL agenda, and New Profit’s managing partner Shruti Sehra holds a position on the CASEL board. New Profit has also worked with Deloitte Consulting for 20 years, who has deep ties to the WEF and digital identity agenda. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has funded New Profit Inc. over $50 million since 2014 for K-12 Education, with a minimum of $3 million marked as “social and emotional learning.” 2002 – The Institute of Education Sciences (IES) was created as an independent research arm of the U.S Department of Education. They have four research centers designed to data mine and allegedly improve the education system. They also have ten regional education laboratories. The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), one of the four research centers, is the backbone supporting the Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems (SLDS) program that collects, analyzes, and reports statistics on the condition of the American education system and internationally, under a Congressional mandate. The SLDS system is now rolling in social, emotional, and behavioral data points they are collecting from students, sharing the data across states, and utilizing it for policy changes. They are also working on rollings in child welfare, social services, and data such as vaccine status, digital identity, and social score will likely take shape soon. 2004 – Illinois was the first state to adopt K-12 SEL standards. 2005– The National Science Foundation funded MIT nearly $200K to develop the first known wearable device capable of perceiving and reporting on social emotional information in real-time human interaction. They state that this research will help individuals with Autism, and the results can be leveraged for human-computer interaction, wearable computing, robotics, and future technologies with social-emotional intelligence. 2006– The National Science Foundation awarded $500k to Northeastern University MA to build a virtual laboratory and study social-emotional human to robot engagement over the course of four years. Their goal is to determine how people and computer agents can optimally live and work together over extended periods of time, and provide new vocabulary, models and paradigms for thinking about relationships. 2007 – The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation awarded $125,000 to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to “support research strategies for the social, emotional, and academic learning of preschool and elementary school students. 2010 – Common Core rolled out with Bill Gates being the primary funder. 2010 – Emotional ABC’s launched by Ross Brodie and Cynthia Sikes. They claim their SEL curriculum is being used in 110 countries. October, 2010 – CASEL, with the University of Illinois at Chicago Social and Emotional Learning Research Group, published “Compendium of Preschool Through Elementary School: Social-Emotional Learning and Associated Assessment Measures,” funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Kirlin Charitable Foundation, the NoVo Foundation, the Rauner Family Foundation, and the University of Illinois at Chicago. 2011 – CASEL and the NoVo Foundation (Buffet) launched the Collaborating Districts Initiative (CDI), funded by the Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, to implement SEL systemically across the U.S. and incorporate it into all aspects of school districts, from classroom instruction, staffing, professional learning, district policies, and family engagement. 2011 – the Institute of Education Sciences, an independent evaluation arm of the U.S. Department of Education, granted the University of Virginia $2,774,333 to evaluate the efficacy of the WINGS for Kids after-school Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) program. 2012 – The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation began pouring money into SEL programs beginning with George Washington University collaborating with CASEL to use eight large school districts as a “learning laboratory for the field,” and to develop a road map on state and federal revenue streams and regulatory opportunities and barriers. For the following decade they went on to fund a total of $9 million dollars toward advancing SEL, including partnering with the National Association of State Boards of Education. December, 2013 – The World Bank, in collaboration with the International Rescue Committee, published “Learning and Resilience: The Crucial Role of Social and Emotional Well-being in Contexts of Adversity” under their “Education Notes” series, with special emphasis on communities and families being involved in the learning process and delivery of SEL. They mention CASEL no less than 10 times. 2014 – Panorama Education was founded by Aaron Feuer, Xan Tanner, and David Carel, initially backed with a $4 million round of funding by Mark Zuckerberg, Google Ventures, Ashton Kutcher’s A-Grade Investments, and Yale University. It is the number one SEL measurements tool that utilizes a survey created by Dr. Hunter Gehlbach, Vice Dean at the Johns Hopkins School of Education, with over 22 survey topics to measure students’ social-emotional skills and competencies. They also provide an adult SEL toolkit and a playbook for interventions that teaches educators how to “change mindsets.” By 2015 private investment in Ed-tech increased from $1.5 billion in 2011 to $4.5 billion. Grand View Research consulting firm has projected that the Ed-tech market will reach $285.2 billion by 2027, and that it had already reached $76.4 billion in 2019. SEL programs via tech and a virtual world is the goal. 2015 – A Columbia University study determined that SEL programs have a strong return on investment (ROI) over long periods of time, stating that the programs generated an average return of $11 per $1 invested. This was done at the request of CASEL. 2015– The National Science Foundation awarded $750K to Giant Otter Technologies, Inc. for a virtual role-playing simulation for social emotional learning using artificial intelligent characters. 2015 – The International Commission on Financing Global Education Opportunity was created by the Prime Minister of Norway, the Presidents of Malawi, Indonesia, and Chile, and the Director-General of UNESCO. It is chaired by the United Nations Special Envoy for Global Education, Gordon Brown, and supported by 26 high-level commissioners consisting of former heads of state and government and leaders in various fields, including former World Bank president Jim Yong Kim, Jack Ma, and Lawrence Summers.
